A hot-favorite among kids and adults alike, it can be a healthy lunch or dinner - whichever you prefer. We have given it our very own special twist with a zesty choice of spices and herbs, and we bet you’re going to love it!
The spice and herbs kit includes pre-portioned packets to make things easy for you. Just take the suggested quantity of rice (check out the video!), add peas & potatoes, and sprinkle the spices. Your healthy meal is ready!

4 tbsp Canola or Olive Oil
1 medium onion
4 cup water
1 bag (1 lb or 16oz) peas
2 medium potatoes (Cut into 1/4 thick squares)
1 & 1/2 tsp salt*
1 tsp dried coriander*
1/2 tsp red chili powder*
4 cup Rice
In a separate bowl add the washed rice and soak rice in water for about 30 min.
Add oil and onions to a pot and cook until onions are light brown.
Add 1 cup of water, cut potatoes, and a bag of peas into the pot, and mix everything. Be careful when adding 1 cup of water and hold a lid over the top of the pot to prevent the splashes from going all over the place. Cook for 2 mins.
Add all the spices and mix.
Add 2 cups of water and add the pre-soaked rice into the pot and mix.
Cover the pot and cook for 20 min or until a piece of rice breaks easily between two fingers.
