Crispy & crunchy potato patty that will melt your heart!

2 lbs. potatoes
½ medium onion (chopped)
1 ½ tsp salt*
1 tsp red chili powder*
1 tsp red chili flakes*
1 tsp cumin seeds*
1 tsp dried coriander powder*
1 tsp dried pomegranate powder*
½ cup fresh coriander (chopped)
1 medium green chili (chopped)
½ cup cooking oil (olive or avocado)
1 organic egg
Boil potatoes. Once boiled, peel skin and mash the potatoes in large bowl.
Add spices from kit, onion, coriander, and green chili into bowl with mashed potatoes and mix thoroughly.
Create round patties from the potato mix.
Add cooking oil to fry pan and heat up the oil on medium to high heat.
In a separate bowl whip an egg.
Coat the whole potato patty with the whipped egg and place in frying pan to cook.
Cook for about 10-15 minutes on medium heat until outside has become crisp and brown.
